The Japanese Unique Ways To Life Always Healthy

 

Jakarta , Crying is often interpreted as a negative emotion that describes the feeling of sadness and hurt . But in Japan , it used to cry a unique therapy to improve mental health .
In Japan , people gathered in groups to cry together , which is known by the term ' seminar cry ' . This unique seminar conducted by Takashi Saga , who calls himself the ' tears sommelier ' .
" Crying does not have a good image in Japan . Believers that you do not have to cry in front of others , because it is a sign of weakness, " said Takashi Saga told CNN , as quoted detikHealth of Odditycentral , Wednesday ( 05/03/2014 ) .
In fact, continued Saga , studies show that crying can make the physical and mental health for the better , even effect can exceed laugh . Several scientific studies have proven that when a person cry for emotional reasons , tears contain a hormone released by the body during physical stress .
" Laughter can only relieve stress at the time , but studies show stress release crying lasted for a week , " he added .
Saga hold ' ruikatsu ' or ' seminar cry ' twice a month . When people become emotional and cry , he believes that the burden of life , can melt away tension and frustration .
The session starts with a sad story to tell , and then followed by emotional scenes video with the song Whitney Houston ' I Will Always Love You ' played in the background . Soon, everyone in the room to cry .
" The story of parents and children touched my emotions , and I could not stop crying . I release my stress here , " said Aya Nemoto , a participants ' seminar cry ' .
But crying does not mean to always sad . At the end of each session , the participants showed a big smile after pouring loads of negative emotions and thoughts through crying . " When people cry here , they always show us a big smile at the end of the session , " closed Saga .
