Heart Attack Risk Rises Up to 2 Hours After Grumpy

Jakarta , negative emotions , including stress and angry is often associated with an increased risk of heart attack . Not only when angry, increased risk will last up to 2 hours later .
In a report in the European Heart Journal , researchers from Harvard University show a systematic review of research antra on 9 January 1966 until June 2013 . The entire study assessed associate anger with risk of cardiovascular disorders .
By calculating data on heart attack , scientists determine the risk of each individual . The scientists also associate it with data on the frequency rage of the day .
" Although the risk of acute cardiovascular events when angry very small , the risk can accumulate in people who are often angry , " said Dr. Elizabeth Mostofsky who did the study , as quoted by FoxNews , Wednesday ( 05/02/2014 ) .
For those who have a low cardiovascular risk , increased risk of angry only once a month , there was only about 1 in 10,000 people . Meanwhile, when have other risks such as diabetes and stroke , increased risk occurred in 4 among 10,000 people .
But if someone rage up to 5 times a day , increased risk occurred in 158 among 10,000 people . At high risk , the increase occurs in more that 657 people among 10,000 people .
It is not known exactly how angry can increase the risk of heart attack . However, the scientists noted , the stress when angry can increase heart rate and blood pressure , which is the trigger of the inflammatory response and cardiac arrest .
